"Rose has been wonderful to speak with. Taking the first steps into counselling and letting someone in is incredibly daunting, but I can honestly say that I would do it again without hesitation"

Testimonials
"I was very pessimistic about counselling but my opinion has totally changed. Jazz has been an insightful, knowledgeable and excellent counsellor who I highly reccomend."
Individual, 50's, Rutland

"Rose listened, which many people can do but her ability to do so without judgement, showing empathy and humility when needed is rare in this world. It's one thing to train to be a counsellor but her love for people and wanting to help goes beyond anything that can be taught. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of taking a leap of faith and looking for support to trust her with your story.
I will be forever grateful."

"Over the last 7 months I have engaged online with Jazz from Safe Hands to help me through a very low and difficult time in my life. She has been amazing!
Jazz is so calm, understanding and easy to talk to. She is a good listener and easily identifies areas that I don’t even realise I’ve alluded to. She has a great ability to coach me with questions to help me probe deeper into how I’m feeling and more importantly, why and what I can do to re-frame my thoughts in a more positive way.
I would highly recommend Jazz to anyone who is feeling low, depressed or suffering with anxiety. I continue to meet with her online each month as this gives me an hour for me. I treat it as my self-care and still get so much out of our sessions even though I am in a much better space.
The ability to attend appointments online has also been a huge benefit to me from a time perspective as I can easily manage it around my work and family without having to take time out travel anywhere."
