Meet your Counsellor
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent 35 years in the hospitality sector, where I witnessed and experienced my own workplace stress and anxiety first-hand. This shaped my commitment to supporting people not only through personal difficulties, but also through the pressures of work and life transitions. Through my own lived expereince, I am passionate supporting individuals through their menopause journey.
I am also a Mental Health First Aider.

A warm, understanding space where we explore anxiety, bereavement, life transitions & self-esteem.
How I Work
Welcome, I'm Rose. Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting — but you don’t have to do it alone. If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in low mood, or simply not like yourself, I’m here to help.
I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can pause, breathe, and begin to make sense of whatever you’re going through. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges or struggling with self-esteem, I will walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity and care. I work integratively, with a foundation in person-centred therapy, adapting our sessions to meet your unique needs.
Who I Help
You may have arrived here feeling unsure of yourself, doubting your abilities, or quietly believing you’re “not enough.” It can feel like carrying an invisible weight, whether this is recent or long-standing. Perhaps anxiety, low self-esteem, or a change in your circumstances — such as bereavement, loss, or an unexpected life shift — is affecting how you see yourself and your relationships. You may be longing to feel more confident, more like yourself again, and able to move through life with greater ease. I work with people who feel this way…
I offer a warm, understanding space where we can explore self-esteem, confidence, and identity, as well as anxiety, self-doubt, and life changes such as loss or bereavement. Together, we’ll work at your pace to help you reconnect with your strengths and develop a kinder relationship with yourself. You don’t have to face self-doubt or uncertainty alone. If this feels right for you, you’re welcome to reach out and explore how counselling can help.
