Meet your counsellor
"Counselling was a natural career change for me after 35 years in the hospitality sector. I've witnessed work place stress and anxiety first hand. There is often a lack of support and understanding of what someone might be experiencing in their personal life and I want to help individuals in any personal or workplace situation feel that their thoughts, feelings, emotions and experiences are validated and heard "

Welcome, I'm Rose. Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting — but you don’t have to do it alone. If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in low mood, or simply not like yourself, I’m here to help.
I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can pause, breathe, and begin to make sense of whatever you’re going through. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges or struggling with self-esteem, I will walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity and care. I work integratively, with a foundation in person-centred therapy, adapting our sessions to meet your unique needs.
I’m passionate about supporting those facing emotional challenges during menopause, including anxiety, low mood, identity shifts, and sleep issues. I also help with general anxiety disorders, grief, survivors of abuse, low self-esteem, performance anxiety, negative thinking, depression, relationship and trust issues.
Whether you choose in-person or online counselling, you don’t have to face things alone. I offer a warm, understanding space where you can feel truly heard. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s troubling you and work towards healing, hope and growth. If you’re ready to talk, I’m here to listen. Book a free, informal chat today.
